Mission Trail Elementary

I have been observing Mrs. Osborn's kindergarten class since March 26th, 2019. I love observing her class because I am interested in becoming a kindergarten teacher one day. One task that has stood out to me is that after recess, they have something called Power Pause. This is when the students have 10-15 minutes to calm down and find an activity to do to work on quietly. After that, the students are focused and ready to learn. I am so glad I have been able to have an opportunity like this so I know what it is like to teach a kindergarten class. I have learned more about kids and teaching because of this experience.
